Ashrafieh1317 is a high standard mixed use building.
The base of the building constitutes the commercial zone and the body consists of seven residential floors. Special attention to massing and play of mass and voids in a post modern trend, gave the building a unique character contributing in the attraction of the general public to the base while keeping a serene and humane nature to the residential part.
Our office had the opportunity to follow this project through all its phases: concept, legal documents, and design development arriving to site supervision and project management. Our presence in all phases of the project was of a pleasure to the project team as well as an asset to the final end product.
