Project Overview:Mhaidsseh Congregation Annex flanks the Centennial Church of Notre Dame de Mhaidsseh. It Comprises 2 floors and a roof garden:- The Basement floor has a 360 m2 open space Conference Hall and building services.
- The Ground Floor has a Congregation Hall and an auditorium.
- The Roof Offers a Piazza at the Level of the upper street dedicated to the last Asma Andraos and taking the name of Asma Andraos Square.
The interiors of the halls were meticulously studied to give a sense of pious inspiration.Our Role was to produce execution drawings and elaborate interiors, and landscaping details taking into consideration the proximity of the centennial church on one side and the streetscape on the other side.

The project is read in the city of Bikfaya as a public reunion and meeting place for the city dwellers and benefits from multiple usage and flexibility of internal spaces.The project might be used for Local events, Wedding ceremonies, Funeral services, Congregation assemblies, Scout assemblies, Daily Familial forum, and Seasonal events and celebrations.
Specifications:- Wooden works: Main Entrances Doors are made with Solid Wood, Pressed Wood.
- Tiles: 1st Choice Ceramic Tiles in Interior areas, Washrooms .stone tiles and stamp concrete for exteriors.
- Aluminum works: Colored Aluminum, Double Glazing.
- Kitchens: Granite Top.
- Electrical Works: Cable Du Liban and LE GRAND Switches or EQUAL.
- Water Works: Two Hot Water Tanks 200L.
- Water Proofing works: Insulation on top Roof.
- Painting: 3 Coated Plastering + 3 Coated Caoutchouc Painting Oil Painting in Washrooms, Ceiling and Kitchen.
- Air Conditioning and Heating: Heat Pump water Chiller with low noise air cooled condenser.
- General Specifications: One Elevator, concealed sound system installation, smoke detectors.
