BCC is Beirut City Center Mall designed by SKP. Our role was to coordinate on legal issues, and finally to follow up with the permit documents. In such a big scale commercial center calculation of commercial surfaces with respect to the Total exploitation factor and allocation of parking’s is critical and might become problematic, our role is to guide the project in the most efficient manner to resolve those issues.
