Gemayzeh Village consists of Retail shops and Residential apartments distributed on 5 blocks and a 36 floor tower. This project is considered a big scale project regarding building regulations, and it has benefited of height exemptions. This is why it had to be presented to the General Directorate of Urban Planning. Our role was to secure compliance with the requirements of DGU
