Project Overview:
Jdeideh 228 - Sky view project is a 30 apartment project in Jdeideh. The main concern in the design approach was to keep a good living standard of privacy and a high quality of space, since the site location offers naturally a panoramic view over Beirut for most of the apartments.This is why the project has been subdivided into 3 different blocks with completely independent entrances and vertical circulation.
Material in this project was of high standard, and details of execution were studied to present luxurious reading that would attract a demanding clientele.

- Four upper floors and one Basement Floor with private gardens
