Electronic & ACF Building are 2 new Buildings within AUB Campus. The 2 buildings served as labs and medical center. At this level, several problems arrised concerning the 2 buildings regarding the legal point of view. First, the lack of parking spaces and the impossibility of creating parkings underground on lot 95. Second, the existence of the road near the building. All these concerns, created a challenge for our office. Yet all these problems were solved to the satisfaction of the University.
