The AUB Medical Campus is currently undergoing a process of planning for building renovations to accommodate new programmatic needs and to upgrade the facilities' standards. The old Alumni Building is one of the buildings that have been refurbished with a new program accommodating the new School of Nursing.
Given the complexity of the AUBMC space and program requirements, careful consideration have been given to space management and planning. Our role was to consider the programmatic transformation and expansion on the legal level being responsible as a consultant with regard to the legal authorities at all stages of the project implementation. We were also working as consultants for the structural reinforcement and additions for the building.
